Features of foreign trade links of the European Union in the 21st century

The article contains the analysis of the development of the foreign trade relations of the European Union at the beginning of the 21st century, which allows drawing conclusions about the current trends in foreign trade of the EU. The data for the period of 2001-2014 have been calculated by the author depending on the actual number of EU members (firstly - 15 countries, then - 25, 27, 28), to achieve the accuracy of the conclusions.
