Features of intrapersonal conflict of women on maternity leave

The article examines the features of the intrapersonal conflict of women on maternity leave. The study showed that the degree of anxiety and loneliness among women on maternity leave is quite high and depends primarily on the personal factor: the high predominance of the needs of children and family over their own personal and individual ones, the emergence of an adaptive intrapersonal conflict, uncertainty and increased anxiety.
