Specific features of the military-administrative system of outer Mongolia in the Qing period

The paper analyzes the peculiarities of creation and functioning of the military-administrative system of the Qing Empire in Outer Mongolia after the demise of the Mongolian empire. The system of training of the cadres of administrators as well as the activity and main functions of each administrative unit are viewed in detail.
