Features of the emergence and functioning of TNCs of the BRICS countries

The article discusses the main theories of the emergence of TNCs in developing countries, which shows the impossibility of the existence of a single concept of the formation of corporations in these countries. The paper lists the advantages and disadvantages of the functioning of TNCs, identifies the incentives for the activities of BRICS TNCs in global markets, identifies the characteristic features of BRICS TNCs, describes the main tools for improving the competitiveness of corporations in developing countries. The role of TNCs in the mechanism of foreign direct investment is defined, the main concept of their activity is outlined: «combination - strengthening - cognition».
