Peculiarities of issue and enforcement of the stock holder’s right for dividends under the Ukrainian legislation

The article deals with research of issue and enforcement of the stockholder’s right for dividends under the Ukrainian legislation. Basing upon the study of the Ukraine’s current legislation the article adduces arguments regarding impossibility of administrative control over the profit share allocation by the joint-stock company, one of the shareholders in which is a state. The article suggests modes of discharge of the duty to payout the dividends by the joint-stock company.
