This article discusses the advantages of choosing a freight forwarding company over the carrier and the basics of building a transport and technological scheme for cargo delivery. The role of this scheme in the general process of cargo transportation is indicated. The characteristic features inherent in the justification of the choice of transport-technological scheme are analyzed. A description of the constituent elements of the scheme. Presented and criticized other points of view on the construction of transport and technological schemes, the duties and the need to construct a scheme directly by the cargo owner, as well as the interaction of the cargo owner and the forwarder.
