Features of choosing the legal form for an individual entrepreneur and LLC

This article discusses such organizational and legal forms of business as individual entrepreneurship and LLC. The relevance of this research is that quite a lot of people want to open their own business, but do not know what form to choose. The purpose of this study is to compare the two most common forms of business and identify the advantages and disadvantages of each. To achieve this goal, we use a comparison of individual entrepreneurs and LLC based on various criteria.
