Peculiarities of interaction of internal affairs agencies in investigation

Introduction: the article deals with the issues of interaction during investigations of the internal affairs agencies, and the system of academic views on the issues on the basis of which the ways of its improvement are proposed. Materials and Methods: the works of A.V. Betskov, Yu.V. Dubko, A.I. Muzeyev, A.S. Samodelkin, O.B. Troshin, A.M. Chechenov, the results of the survey of employees of criminal investigation units trained in additional professional programs at the Crimean branch of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in 2018-2019 were studied, general academic dialectic, structural-logical, functional and logical-semantic methods, methods of analysis, synthesis, classification and grouping were used. Results: a comparative analysis of the mechanisms of interaction in investigations with other operations that are conducted by the internal affairs agencies is made. The features of the mechanisms that affect the organization of interaction are disclosed. The requirements for the organization of interaction in investigations were presented. Discussion and Conclusions: the author's position that the organization and implementation of interaction in the investigations should be fixed in the regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is justified.
