Peculiarities of the investigator's interactions with the authorities of investigating the case of violation of the road traffic rules and vehicle operation

Introduction: the specifics of the investigation of criminal cases of violations of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, necessitated the consideration of the interaction of the investigator with the bodies of inquiry. The direct object of the crimes provided for in Article 264The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is determined by public relations that ensure the safety of road traffic or the operation of a vehicle, which determine the expansion of the circle of persons involved in the interaction process in the framework of the investigation of the crimes under consideration.
