The peculiarities of interaction of the subjects of political communication in the sphere of political culture: regional aspect

The article considers the role of political communication in the system of political culture, where relations of the subjects of political communication (political leader (party, union, etc.) - means of mass communication - electorate) serve as a factor of the level and at the same time the means of formation of political culture in its regional determination. Special attention is paid to pre-election process as the most adequate factor of efficiency of realization of political communication.
