The article is devoted to studying of the peculiarities of interconnection of personality orientation and ethnic identity of teenagers in the conditions of multicultural educational area. The significant correlation connections between the peculiarities of personality orientation and the indexes of ethnic identity verify the importance of ethnic self-consciousness while forming teenager personality orientation.
