Features of the legislative base of Cyprus on protection of the rights of children: problem aspects and solutions

In article characteristics of forms of ill treatment concerning minor children in the Republic of Cyprus are considered. Mechanisms of protection of the child against secondary ill treatment are analysed. Ways of safety by judicial proceedings are revealed and practical recommendations about elimination of the caused or estimated damage are proved.
