Dissenting opinion of a judge in the civil proceedings

The article reviews the peculiarities of using the institution of “dissenting opinion of a judge” in the civil proceedings. The reasons of little proliferation of this institution in Russian law enforcement practice are analysed. Propositions for improvement of this institution of the civil proceedings are put forward.
