The value for money auditing of budget funds and other national resources

The article deals with the value for money auditing of budget funds and other national resources. The legal framework for implementation of the value for money audit by the Accounts Chamber is discussed. The author presents detailed review of the constituent elements of criteria indicators, which specify the methodology of the value for money audit. Its definition is also given.
