Exercise of the rights of a LLC participant using examples from judicial practice

As the study of judicial practice has shown, it is the issue of exercising the rights of a participant in a limited liability company by a pledge holder that most often lies at the basis of disputes. This article is devoted to the analysis of the most common causes of litigation and, therefore, the identification of risks when concluding a contract of pledge of rights of a participant in a limited liability company.
