Implementation of the right of ownership of citizens to residential premises

The article substantiates the relevance of the legal regulation of the exercise of ownership of residential premises, presents the content of the concepts of "residential premises", "ownership". The components of the content of the property right are analyzed: possession, use, disposal. In addition, the fundamental provisions of normative acts regulating the peculiarities of the realization of the right of ownership of residential premises are analyzed. The grounds for the emergence and termination of ownership of residential premises are indicated.
