From “employment assistance” to the expanded reproduction of the collective worker

The article substantiates the need for transition from the fragmentary programs of employment assistance to the policy of the expanded reproduction of the collective worker on the basis of the positive solution of its contradiction. The flexicurity conception, applied in the Scandinavian countries, is considered as a manifestation of the law of labour evolution.
