From soviet to democratic constitutionalism: the statement of the principle of division of powers

In article analyzed the purposes and principles of the democratic constitutionalism which essence consists in protection of the individual rights and a civil freedom against the state imperious arbitrariness by means of Division of Powers. Author considered the system of controls and counterbalances in relations between the power branches, containing in democratic constitutionalism.
