The way of furnish of internal surfaces of wave guides is described. Process of processing is carried out with use felt abrading tool, moving reciprocating -forward, and preparation is rigidly fixed in holdfast of adaptations. The roughness of surfaces decreases with 5...7 microns up to 0,3 microns.
