Particular aspects of scientific research the murders due to the religious motivation

Topical issues of developing a methodology for investigating religiously motivated murders are considered, the necessity and prospects of its creation are substantiated. The structure of the methodology for investigating murders committed for religious reasons, the features of such crimes, taking into account the religious factor, are reflected. The author’s definitions of a number of specific concepts used in the article are given, as well as some general recommendations for the disclosure and investigation of murders committed for religious reasons.
