Certain aspects of the legal regulation tourism in Russia

The article analyzes the current state of certain aspects of the legal regulation of tourism activities, reveals the basic concepts, elements and features of tourism in general, defines its subject. The author gives a detailed description of the legal concept of the contract for the provision of tourist services, identifies its main elements; analyzes the content of the contract, the reasons for its change and termination, as well as the division of responsibilities of the tour operator and travel agent to the tourist, identified some conflict issues in the area under consideration and makes recommendations for their elimination.
