Separate features of the legal regime of the seafront

The author analyzes the normative definition of the concept of «coastal strip» and related concepts, the problem of limiting economic and other activities within the boundaries of coastal strips, the ratio of the legal regimes of the coastal strip and a zone with special conditions for the use of territories. Concludes that the inconsistency of the existing norms may entail difficulties in observing the restrictions on the implementation of economic and other activities within the coastal strip.
