Аnnotation: This article is devoted to the problems of implementing the principle of glasnost, which is often controversial among scientists. The article examines the significance of the principle of glasnost not only in the modern period, but also in the Soviet period, as well as individual moments devoted to the age of minors who may be present in the courtroom.
