Some problems in proprietary rights on the land of specially protected natural territories

In the article the author considers some problems related to implementation of proprietary rights on land plots of specially protected natural territories, touches and explains legal collisions and uncertainty and proposes improvement of legislation in this field, flexibility of the legal regime of SPNT and inclusion the parameters and types of permitted use in normative materials. The special attention is paid to the Conception of the development of civil legislation that tries to harmonize legislation of different branches on this issue with the civil one. The author proposes the changes in the civil and nature protection legislation concerning implementation of the proprietary rights on land plots of specially protected natural territories.
