Some Issues on Church law in Comparison with Secular law. Comment on Publication

The article gives a comment to the three articles presented in no. 1 (3) 2019 of the scientific journal “Herald of the Historical Society of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy”. Critically reviewed is the scientific problem contained in each article. It is shown that all three papers are not pure articles only on ecclesiastical law, but are made on a base of comparison of ecclesiastical and secular law. It is concluded about the originality of the disclosure of the topic in each of the articles, and about their relationship with scholarly works on Church Law in scientific journal “Khristianskoye Chteniye”.
