Individual issues of the organization of the activities of the federal bailiff service

Within the framework of this article, certain issues of the organization of the activities of the Federal Bailiff Service are reflected, in particular, the author concerns the basics and rules of the formation of the personnel reserve of the FSSP of Russia, as well as the organization of this service in general. The article touches upon such a direction of improving the efficiency of bailiffs as the organization of educational and methodological centers on the basis of the territorial bodies of the FSSP, formed with the aim of introducing new forms and methods of training in key areas of the FSSP, generalization of best practices and the development of information technology systems, the implementation of educational and methodological activities for the training of personnel of the territorial bodies of the FSSP of Russia.
