Selected issues of public property

The authors analyze the questions related to the management of public property including problems of its granting in property and rent, regulations of construction on the land plots which are in the state and municipal ownership. There are considered the cases of property target granting (including provided by amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation) and the possibility of lease contracts prolongation without tendering. A number of measures for increase of effective public property management is offered.
