The study presents the features of the creation and functioning of business ecosystems and the general ecosystem approach both in the Russian Federation and abroad, the experience of Russian andforeign companies in the field of interaction within the framework of the ecosystem approach is given, its features for the country are identified and state participation in this process is determined.
