The article deals with the specificity of government bodies’ working on the conditions of organizing “public government” under the high level of using current digimatic technologies of information’s transmission and transformation. There is defined that “public government” is one of the core factors for the development of GR-management as a special direction in the management activity in the institutions of private entrepreneurship directed to the establishment of perspective partnership with the bodies of state administration.
