Difference of the new FSBU 5/19 "Inventories" from the old PBU 5/01 "Inventories"

This article highlights the main changes that have occurred in the accounting of inventories after the introduction of FSBU 5/19 "Inventories". The new requirements for inventory accounting are presented in comparison with the old requirements. It also describes the procedure for transition to the new FSBU.
