Cancellation, change of will and recognition of him valid for legislation of Russia and European countries

The article describes the legal regulation of the testator’s will within the framework of domestic and European standards on the cancellation, amendment of a will, as well as regarding the recognition of a will as invalid. A different approach of the legislator to this topic is shown. The implementation of certain foreign standards in Russian law is proposed.
