The article briefly discusses the content of the concept of «social package», as well as its features of functioning in the Russian labor market. The factors of the impact of the social package on the employment and selection of personnel in the Russian labor market and their evolution in the current economic conditions of the Russian Federation are analyzed. Various cases of the occurrence of a social package in various professional areas on the Russian labor market are considered. The author studies the attitude of applicants to the social package: the importance of the social package when choosing a job depending on the gender and professional affiliation of the specialist, the place of the social package among other factors affecting the choice of the employer. The article considers the level of satisfaction by Russian applicants of their social package depending on their professional affiliation, factors of dissatisfaction with the current social package and factors of its influence on the decision to change the employer...
