The attitude of new buildings residents to various forms of privatization of the common space of their houses

The article carries out comparative analysis of the attitude of new buildings residents in some Russian cities to proposals and attempts to limit free access to common space around the house and in the house. The process of this change is defined as privatization of the common space. It is proved that the attitude of new buildings residents to the privatization of the common space depends on if the common interests of all or the majority of homeowners who have come to the agreement on the content of the necessary changes are taken into account or ignored.
