Public-private partnership in the Russian Federation: fundamental features and necessity for legal regulation

The article considers the fundamental features of the relations in public-private partnership which are focused to distinguish the relations of public-private partnership from other relations formed in the interaction between public law entities and private law subjects. The author points out the following features of the relations in public-private partnership: satisfaction of the public interests, special participants of relations, distribution of risks, long-term relation between participants. It’s also mentioned that the legal regulation of public-private partnership is required further formulation.
