Ownership: logic and possibility of sociological analysis

Property and corresponding ownership represent not only economical basis, jural relation but social basis as well. This particular kind of public relation is not observed sensibly by sociological science, whilst the logic of sociological analysis, the results of empirical evidence of sociological researches let us form the integrative approach to learning the phenomenon of ownership, heedful of multivariate social environment, the involvement of subjects of this kind into different social com-munity, stratum and groups. Sociologic of ownership let us analyze and foresee the development not only into frames of commerce corporate structures, but also to draw up logic of corporative management within state and municipal instance of authority, embodying the community of private, collective and state interest.
