Industrial features of purchasing enterprises carrying out electricity distribution according to № 44-FL

The article explores the main objective and features of the procurement of enterprises engaged in the distribution of electricity, in accordance with № 44-FL. The modern approach allows the electricity industry to flexibly adapt to the modernization of the enterprise supply system. As a result of the study, data on the main areas of procurement management using the implementation of the contract procurement system, which allows industrial enterprises to develop new procurement schedules for a three-year period, optimize the workflow system, and expand the use of electronic trading platforms, are summarized.
