State policy branches in the Russian Federation and its modernization priorities under the context of the constitution amendments in 2020

The author analyzes how the key areas of the state policy could be reformed under the influence of the Russia’s Constitution amendments. The author studies the specifics of the formation and implementation of political management strategy during the contemporary modernization of industrial policy. The priorities and options for the promotion of the national interests in the politics and state management are determined due to identification of the main problems that hinder the formation of an effective model of state sectoral policies. The article concludes that regulatory and conceptual support for the strategic plans of the executive branch and the Russian government would play a decisive role in implementation of the state policy priorities that are important for the Russia's progressive development. The author argues the need to strengthen the interaction mechanisms between the federal and regional levels of the political governance within the context of the organization and functioning of the state policy branches in the Russian Federation.
