The reflection of the Perm zemstvo’s political position in "Perm zemstvo week" (February 1917 - March 1918)

The article deals with the political activities of the Perm province zemstvo in 1917 based on the sources from the newspaper "Perm zemstvo week", the official organ of the Perm province zemstvo. It contains unique information about the political work of the Zemstvo and the political mood of its members in terms of the revolution, in particular, the enthusiasm for the February Revolution and the full support of the Provisional Government. The newspaper is an essential complement to the group of clerical sources of local authorities.
