Variation de novo of water-soluble proteins of varieties of spring wheat, zoned in Bashkortostan, have been studied by using gel electrophoresis with sodium dodecyl sulfate. The problems of mutations in the coding region of the genome of plants under conditions of culture in vitro of anthers are discussed.
