Lack of house adjoining infrastructure in modern residential residential districts and low-rise buildings

In this article the problem of inferiority of social, transport and engineering infrastructure or even its absence both in low-rise building, and in multi-storey residential residential districts rises. The examples confirming relevance of the matter in Russia and Bulgaria are given. Having studied the reason of emergence of these or those shortcomings of the organization of living space, various ways of solving the problem of parkings, improvements, rational planning are offered.
