This article completes the series of articles by the authors about the legal profession of the Republic of Korea. The article discusses the disciplinary and criminal liability of Korean lawyers and their entities. The authors describe the legal framework for the activities of lawyers and law firms. The issue of disciplinary committees at bar associations and at the Ministry of Justice of South Korea is discussed in detail. The procedure for bringing lawyers to disciplinary liability is examined in detail. The criminal liability of lawyers and bar associations is analyzed in detail. The legal profession system in Korea is distinguished by high professionalism and the ability of lawyers to represent clients' interests at a high level. The Korean Bar has strict liability rules to ensure strong protection of clients' rights and compliance with the laws.
