Liability of lawyers in the Republic of Korea

This article completes the series of articles by the authors about the legal profession of the Republic of Korea. The article discusses the disciplinary and criminal liability of Korean lawyers and their entities. The authors describe the legal framework for the activities of lawyers and law firms. The issue of disciplinary committees at bar associations and at the Ministry of Justice of South Korea is discussed in detail.
