Responsibility of participating in state registration of real estate

The author of article considers the limits and types of responsibility of the persons participating in the state registration of rights to immovable property (the state registration authorities, the state registrars, notaries, cadastral engineers) taking into account short stories of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and the draft federal law «On State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property», developed in 2012 by the group of experts on the Federal service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, an order of compensation of harm and sources of financing of payments of compensation to citizens and legal entities in in the event of loss of rights to real property case of loss by them of the rights to immovable property.
