Criminal liability for crimes committed using artificial intelligence systems

The article is devoted to the current topic of criminal liability for crimes committed using artificial intelligence (AI) systems. The problems of law enforcement and regulation of this aspect, as well as examples from the legislation of the Russian Federation, are considered. The potential risks associated with the introduction of AI in various fields and the need to adapt criminal legislation to new challenges are discussed.
