The problem of using Internet resources by employees during working hours, is very important. Today, in most cases, Internet is used not only for work, but also personal, i.e., despite the employee from performing his or her work. The paper proposed ways to track, control, and, most importantly, the possibility of disciplinary action, such employees based on the requirements of the law, as well as statistics and judicial practices.
