Head of liability for damages caused economic societies: trends jurisprudence

Article is devoted to the recovery of damages caused by the wrongful actions of management. Analyzes the actual jurisdiction, including the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation on the «case of the Kirov factory», which contains a number of key positions in the legal disputes that category: the burden of proof between the plaintiff and defendant, unscrupulous actors in the process, the relationship of the child and losses parent companies. The authors offer a number of practical recommendations for the top management of companies.
