The management company's responsibility among other entities in the public utilities

The article discusses the issue of the management company's responsibility in the public utilities. The author of the article believes that the institute of the management company's responsibility is a complex of protection and control over the actions of the management company by third parties that represents the collection of duties and sanctions imposed by the Russian law with regard to the management company as a legal person with a particular type of activity.
