Responsibility in the field of legislation on contracting

Today the economic growth of any country is impossible without fair competition - the competition of economic entities. The role of legislative execution on contracting has increased recently. This is caused by the problems in economic growth as well as the necessity for the efficient use of budgetary means. It is proved by the adoption of the competition development plan in December 2017 for 2018-2020. The article deals with the issues surrounding administrative enforcement in the field of breach of legislation on contracting on the example of Ulyanovsk Region.
