Responsibility for Crimes Against the Honor and Dignity of the Individual in the Russian Federation: The Axiological Aspect

The article examines the features of the historical development of Russian legislation regulating responsibility for crimes against the honor and dignity of the individual. Regulatory legal acts of various historical periods have been studied. The main problems of legal regulation of responsibility for this type of criminal acts in the conditions of modern reality are revealed. It also suggests ways to overcome them.
