Responsibility for selling and storing nuclear medicinal products and psychotropic substances in accordance with the provisions of st. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the criminal responsibility for the acquisition and possession, distribution of narcotic and psychotropic substances. It also addresses the peculiarities of mitigating and exempting from criminal liability in cases involving narcotic and psychotropic substances.
