Responsibility for damage caused by a high danger source in domestic law and US legislation: comparative legal analysis

This article is devoted to the analysis of liability arising from harm caused by a source of increased danger. As part of the research, an analysis of the current domestic and foreign legislation regulating these issues was carried out. Identified some problems in the approach to the definition of "source of increased danger", studied the peculiarities of determining guilt in a tort arising from harm.
